May 2026 dates: 1 & 15

Postpartum is often a slow re-weaving of the tapestry of who we are, thread-by-individual-thread. Often, those threads are frayed or won’t maneuver how we want them to or are lacking a vibrancy in the color we are expecting. That can be frustrating and even more so, if we try to do it alone.

Rewoven is a Support Circle of fellow postpartum mamas to hold you as you navigate the unfamiliar threads of your world — a space for softening your grip, setting down what is feeling heavy for you, and creating space for lightness to emerge. Together, we’ll listen, release and remember that we were never meant to do this motherhood thing alone. Come weekly for a pause — a moment to slow down, to breathe deeper and come home to yourself. These circles are a place to be seen and heard without judgment and to witness each other with warmth and care.

Come join our mama village so we can help normalize your experience and champion your inner wisdom. And you can do the same for others.

This is a come-as-you-are space — tear-stained-cheeks, spit-up sweats and babies in tow welcome. There are no pre-planned topics because this circle is meant to meet you where you are but all topics are welcome — birth, relationships, feeding, baby’s development, emotions, nutrition and more.

Circle work can be profoundly liberating. No one should move through postpartum alone.

The Structure of a Circle

  • Join together with other postpartum women weekly

  • Do a short grounding meditation to arrive and create a sacred space

  • Build safety, confidentiality and a space of non-judgment into the group through guidelines

  • Introduce a postpartum-related prompt that invites sharing from a deep place

  • Listen to each other and share what feels authentic to each of us

  • Give and receive empathy and validation for wherever you are on your journey

  • "You are a great facilitator and I now believe that gentleness is your superpower. I am truly thankful to the group and myself that I stepped out to try this. A few closed areas of my heart have opened and this has given me hope to try for better connection and trust in those around me, including this women’s circle experience."

    — Cass M

  • "I wanted to reach out to express my gratitude for the circle you hosted. Even though it’s been a few weeks, I am still reflecting on conversations and practices that were shared during those calls. Going into it, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I am so glad I attended, especially at such a pivotal time in my life."

    — Cat P

  • "It was wonderful to get the chance to connect with so many amazing women and share community."

    — Christa Z

  • "I have enjoyed this Circle so much, it’s given me so much perspective and it’s felt like a gift to start this year with compassion and energy."

    — Erin M
