  • I primarily work with families on the westside of Los Angeles, including Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Palms, Culver City, Del Rey, Marina del Rey, Venice, Westchester, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades and West LA. I also serve Beverlywood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood, Mid-City and surrounding areas. In some cases, I will travel up to 20 miles from Mar Vista for birth if it feels like a good fit. If you’re interested in working together, please reach out — I am happy to see if I can make it work!

  • I offer doula support for births in all hospitals and birth centers throughout Los Angeles. Most commonly, these include UCLA Santa Monica and UCLA Westwood, Cedars-Sinai, all Kaiser Hospitals, and St. John’s in Santa Monica. Regardless of where you give birth, I am there to provide you with holistic, individualized support.

  • No matter how you decide to feed, I will cheerlead your feeding efforts

If breastfeeding is your goal, I can help support you in your baby’s initial latch directly after birth.

I will also send resources in the weeks leading up to birth to help you prepare and ensure you have access to the support you need postpartum.

While I am not a lactation consultant, I have 6+ years of breastfeeding experience personally.

  • Our two-hour prenatal visits are a time for us to build our connection so that we can step into the birth room with comfort and I can have a strong understanding of how I can best support you.

To do that, we’ll explore your questions, talk through birth education, practice physical support and feedback, build trust and resilience for the unknown and mystery of birth, connect you with your body, make space for fears, prepare for postpartum, and support your partner (if applicable) in learning to support you.
