• phone and email support starting from the 1st trimester or whenever we start working together

• referral lists for OB or midwifery care, lactation support, pelvic floor health, acupuncture, community building and other bodywork

• two 2-hour prenatal meetings, around weeks 32 and 37

• on-call between 38-42 weeks

• in-person support for the duration of birth

• one nourishing daytime postpartum visit
